Emily finds absolute joy in bringing movement and dance to others as it’s a huge force in her own life. After graduating with a degree in Dance from Point Park University’s Conservatory of Performing Arts, Emily came to NYC to pursue modern dance professionally, and is still happily freelancing her artistry.  She blends her extensive knowledge of movement and the body with her fire and creativity to bring you energizing full body workouts.  Emily believes movement connects you with your highest self, and brings you freedom, clarity, and self love (& you’ll leave her class with a killer sweaty selfie!).
