Flow: Flow through vinyasa sequences designed to increase flexibility, build strength and elevate your heart rate. We recommend using a mat and/or towel. 

Restorative Stretch: Active recovery for your mind & body. Some of our restorative classes are rooted in dance movements, while others are rooted in the restorative yoga tradition. We recommend using a bolster (substitute: couch cushion/pillow) and yoga blocks for the latter.
