Kat delivers a workout inspired by the beat and her dance background. After moving to NYC from Virginia, she turned her passion for fitness into a fulltime job, fusing physical results with the therapeutic mental clarity that a workout provides. Her energy in the studio is as vibrant as her (all natural) red hair.
