Bio: Liz has been dancing her whole life. She has performed both domestically and abroad as a Brooklyn Nets Dancer, and with celebrities ranging from Kanye West to Pharrell. Her passion for health, fitness, and motivating others brought her to a career in training, and she has taught at NYC’s highest ranked fitness studios. Her specialties are in strengthening, toning, and making you sweat with dance and cardio. Liz’s classes are filled with positive vibes—she has a contagious smile, and she loves a dance party.
