What inspired you to join the obé fam?
I was struggling with exercise – to be honest I never really enjoyed it. I would do some hiking or try a new exercise platform, but nothing stuck! I went into the obé membership thinking that it was worth a shot, but I really did not think it would become such an obsession for me. I never thought I would go through the trial and get the annual membership! I do obé after I take the kids to school and before work during the week, but only have time for one class – on the weekends I love to double up and get two classes in each day!
What’s your favorite thing about obé?
I am not sure where to start…I love that I am never bored with my workout! I love the obé fam community and trainers because they are so supportive. Lastly, I LOVE the shout outs during live classes! Shout outs are the best!
What are your fitness goals and what motivates you to stick to them?
My fitness goals are evolving. When I started WW it was purely to lose weight because I was unhappy with how I was feeling and I thought that was the answer. But since finding obé, I realize that my fitness goal is about becoming the healthiest version of me and learning to love where I am now. My family motivates me to stick to my goals. They are always telling me how great I am doing and cheering me on! I love showing my kids how strong I am getting – I think it sets a great example!
What’s something you’re currently obséssed with?
I love bubbly drinks like seltzer! I would say I am addicted to the bubbles!!
Which class are we most likely to hear your name?
You are most likely to hear my name in Sculpt and Dance classes with Katie L., Madelaine O. and Peter T., but I love trying all the trainers and shaking things up a bit. I do need to get more Circuit, HIIT and Yoga classes in my week!
