Merchandise Return Policy
Thank you for making a purchase of obé merchandise! If you do not like your item, you may be eligible to return it to obé for a refund as further described in this policy below. Please reach out to us at email@example.com with any questions.
All merchandise purchased directly from obé is eligible for return except for the following:
- Clearance Items
- Gift Certificates
- Upholstery or custom made-to-order pieces
- Personalized Items
- Items Marked “Non-Returnable” (indicated on the product page before placing your order)
obé will accept returns of eligible merchandise if you notify us of your return request within 7 days of your receipt of the eligible merchandise and initiate shipment back to us within 30 days of the order shipment date. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. In order to be eligible for return, you must return the merchandise in original packaging via the same shipping method you received it, together with proof of purchase, in the condition in which you received it.
Customers who return eligible merchandise in accordance with the terms of this policy will receive a refund of amounts paid for the eligible merchandise less the cost of shipping in the form of a refund.
