Bio: Saya’s classes are anything but typical. She takes yoga to a whole new level with customized circuit and sculpt flows, and lots of upbeat energy. She is obsessed with sweat, smiles, and beats—the three secret ingredients to her workout classes. She turns the heat up high. Ever thought of adding weights to your flow? She has. And so many more good things for both your body and your mind. Saya’s big heart and warm energy come through in every class she teaches, leaving you calm but energized, strong and fit, and ready to take on the world.
